National Founders Quiz
It is foolish to think of any historical event as the result of a singular person removed from their circumstances. Having said that, many important individuals have risen to great prominence by impacting history. Revolutions, political movements, and even wars often have their narratives constructed around the actions of singular people.
A similar occurrence happens across the histories of nations. Almost all modern countries hail a singular figure as the founder of their contemporary government. Some of these figures were great military leaders. Some were skilled diplomats. Others still were despots who knew how to bend the peoples’ ears.
All manner of historical figures will appear on this quiz over National Founders. Appearance in this quiz is not necessarily meant to honor these individuals since some national founders committed horrible abuses in order to solidify their power. Instead, this is meant to be an examination of world history through a unique lens.
We will ask you questions relating to thirty of the most prolific national founders in human history. Many individuals contributed their efforts to build every country on Earth. Many still in the modern-day fight tirelessly to try and bring systemic change to make a more just world for all people. Looking back to the past gives all of us hope that the world we live in is not static. Every single one of us has a duty to make our homelands places of equality and prosperity.
