Trivia Question: The Fleur-de-lis is a symbol commonly associated with what European nation’s history?
The term “Fleur-de-lis” simply means “Lily flower.” The design of a Fluer-de-lis is meant to resemble a blooming lily. A number of French monarchs incorporated the Fleur-de-lis into their iconography to represent France itself.
