Trivia Question: What man succeeded Spiro Agnew as Richard Nixon’s vice president?

Answer: Gerald Ford

Ford had been the Speaker of the House of Representatives prior. According to the chain of succession established by the 25th Amendment, Agnew’s resignation made Ford replace him as Vice President of the United States. This personnel shift would eventually place Ford in the presidency.
