Trivia Question: The Era of Good Feelings followed what war in America?
Answer: The War of 1812
The Era of Good Feelings takes its name from the relative political harmony that occurred at that time. After the bloodshed of the War of 1812 subsided, American politicians wanted to coexist and work together to build a brighter future. This was also the era where the Federalist Party disbanded, and the Whig Party began to grow in authority.
